Abstracts : In West Aceh Regency in 2015 until 2017 the highest number of breast cancer cases was 24.43% compared to other cancer cases. 52% of cases of breast cancer occur in women aged 50 years and over, 35% in the age of less than 40 years, 22% in women aged 30 years and the youngest age affected by breast cancer are aged 15 and 18 years. This study aims to determine the effect of breast cancer counselling and breast self-examination BSE training in an effort to increases the knowledge of young women about breast cancer cases
